Our quail eggs are produced by quails raised by Khun Anek, the owner of Anek Farm in Ang Thong. Khun Anek has been raising quail there since 1985 and has helped to create jobs for hundreds of people in the community.

We use organic honey produced by a group of bee keepers in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai who have been producing honey for over 30 years.

Taveephol Agriculture


All of our lettuce is grown in a farm near Pakchong in Nakhon Ratchasima called Taveephol. The lettuce is grown in a greenhouse using a hydroponic system to avoid using pesticides. We receive daily deliveries from the farm right to each of our branches.

Zakana Mushrooms

Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima

Zakana began in 2010 by father-son duo, Abdul Rahim and Hussain Gilani from Australia. Gilani studied the modern techniques of mushroom farming in Australia and Ireland over a two year extensive period of hands-on training. Mushrooms are naturally low in sodium, fat, cholesterol, and calories. They are known to decrease the risk of diabetes and heart disease.



Since the day we opened, we have been buying great feta cheese from Chris, a guy we met at a farmer's market. He uses local cow and goat milk that is pasteurized to specific temperatures and standards complying with the Thai Health Ministry regulations.
